2. Ties up on the tradition of the organization of significant international conferences and round-tables with a new, updated topic concerning the whole of Europe.
3. Contributes to stabilization of the Visegrad identity, builds up the friendship and close co-operation of the countries in language policy.
4. Braces up stability and cohesion of Central Europe on the base of co-opereation among its inhabitants, both with non-governmental and governmental – academic subjects and politicians (from national ones and those from the European Parliament and competent EU Commissioners).
